Siftlee is operated by Ainur Corp ("Siftlee," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you use the Siftlee mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect:
- when you create or use a Siftlee account;
- when you submit, upload, save, organize, access, or otherwise interact with content or features in the Service;
- when you enable permissions or share content to Siftlee from another app;
- when you contact us for support; and
- when you otherwise interact with the Service.
This Privacy Policy does not govern third-party websites, platforms, or services that you may access through or in connection with Siftlee. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy practices.
2. Information We Collect
A. Account and profile information
We may collect:
- your email address;
- your display name;
- your chosen sign-in method;
- identifiers associated with supported sign-in providers when you use those authentication methods; and
- account status information, including whether deletion has been scheduled.
B. Subscription and purchase information
We may collect subscription and purchase information, such as subscription status, product identifiers, purchase or restore events, transaction identifiers, expiration dates, and billing linkage metadata received from Apple or subscription service providers.
C. Content you choose to import or create
Siftlee is designed to store and organize content that you choose to bring into the Service. Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect and store:
- content, files, links, media, text, prompts, messages, and other materials you choose to submit, upload, save, or share;
- metadata associated with that content or your use of the Service;
- information you create within the Service;
- derived information, labels, organization data, or other outputs generated to provide or improve the Service; and
- records of your interactions with supported features.
D. Device, app, and diagnostic information
We may collect technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including:
- install identifiers and session identifiers generated by the app;
- app version, build number, platform, operating system version, device model, and device class;
- notification registration and preference information;
- diagnostics, performance, storage, usage, and security-related telemetry;
- server logs, rate-limiting data, and basic request metadata; and
- approximate timing and usage data about app features you interact with.
E. Permissions and device access
Depending on how you use the Service, Siftlee may request access to device capabilities such as photos, notifications, or sharing interfaces. When you grant a permission, we use it to provide or support the related feature.
Siftlee does not use third-party advertising SDKs for cross-context behavioral advertising.
F. Support and communications
If you contact us, we may collect your message, email address, attachments, and any information you choose to include in the request.
3. How We Use Information
We may use the information we collect to:
- create and maintain your account;
- authenticate you and keep you signed in;
- receive, store, organize, display, analyze, and otherwise process content and information you provide;
- provide supported product features, including automated or assistance features;
- sync your account, preferences, and settings across supported experiences;
- send transactional communications such as login codes, account emails, and deletion confirmations;
- send notifications you ask to receive;
- prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, detect fraud, secure the Service, and investigate incidents;
- monitor performance, debug failures, and improve reliability and product quality; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
4. AI and Automated Processing
Siftlee uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence (AI) services provided by third parties, to deliver features. When you use these features, the content you submit (including text, images, documents, audio files, and the publicly available content at URLs you submit) and related metadata may be processed by Siftlee or by third-party AI providers acting on Siftlee's behalf for the purpose of providing the Service.
AI-generated results can be incomplete, inaccurate, or context-dependent. You should review important outputs before relying on them.
5. When We Share Information
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
A. Service providers and infrastructure vendors
We may share information with vendors that help us operate the Service, such as providers for hosting, storage, identity and authentication, communications, notifications, security, analytics, automation, infrastructure, and operational support.
We require service providers that process personal information for Siftlee to use it only to provide services to us and to protect it using safeguards consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
B. Platform and sign-in providers
If you use platform or identity integrations, relevant information may be processed by those providers as part of the feature.
C. Legal, safety, and enforcement reasons
We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to:
- comply with law, regulation, legal process, or government request;
- protect the rights, safety, or property of Siftlee, our users, or others;
- detect, prevent, or respond to fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues; or
- enforce our agreements and policies.
D. Business transfers
If Siftlee is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
Siftlee does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security and business records.
More specifically:
- account information and imported content are generally retained while your account remains active;
- user-submitted content, interaction history, and related service records may remain associated with your account until deleted or until the account is deleted;
- operational logs, analytics, diagnostics, and backup data may remain for a limited period as part of our normal operations; and
- if you request account deletion through the Service, you may initiate that deletion at any time, but Siftlee applies a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion. If you log back in during that period, the scheduled deletion is canceled. If you do not log back in during that period, the account and associated data are intended to be permanently deleted after the grace period, subject to limited residual retention in backups or legal records.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and how you use the Service, you may be able to:
- access and update certain profile information, such as your display name;
- manage notification permissions in iOS settings;
- control what content you choose to import into Siftlee;
- initiate account deletion from within the app at any time; and
- request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal limitations.

8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit, restricted internal access, logging and monitoring controls, and ongoing security review and hardening practices intended to reduce risk before and after launch.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Processing
Siftlee and its service providers may process and store information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
10. Children's Privacy
Siftlee is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Siftlee, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may provide additional notice where required by law, including by email and/or in-app notice.
